Facilities and Real Estate Management’s (FREM) mission is to serve as stewards of the University’s facilities, grounds and real property assets; by maintaining a safe, functional, beautiful and sustainable campus that meets the needs of the students, faculty, staff and guests. FREM delivers excellent service by partnering with our customers to fulfill our stewardship role for the University community. We are an organization which strives for continuous and measurable improvement in service to our customers and community.
FREM consists of the following Departments:
