The Office of Capital Projects (OCP) is a division of Institutional Support Services (ISS) with a staff of architects, engineers, project managers, construction managers, and support personnel.
We provide programming, design, and construction services for all UNM capital projects, Major and Minor – including laboratory remodel, interior design and tenant improvement projects.
Major Capital includes projects over $500,000 and requires UNM Leadership, NM Higher Education and State Board of Finance approvals. Minor Capital projects are less than $500,000.
The Office of Capital Projects strives to complete every project on time and within the approved budget.
