OCP’s primary Mission is to ensure that all projects meet the needs of our customers and are constructed in accordance with New Mexico and UNM standards for quality, durability, livability, safety, sustainability and economic operation.
The Office of Capital Projects collaborates with partners throughout UNM, including Physical Plant, ITS, SRS, Police, Parking & Transportation, University Architect, Planning and Space Management and REO to ensure a smooth project delivery
