The Office of the University Architect (OUA) is responsible for perpetuating the architectural integrity of the UNM Campus.  As a member of the FREM Team, physical planning, design/construction, architectural style and sustainability standards will be promulgated and enforced  here along with conformance to the Campus Master Development and Landscaping Plans.  The institution’s five-year capital projects plan that comprises the annual capital outlay request to the NM State Legislature will be available on this site. Further, OUA will administer the procurement of professional design and planning services and represent the institution in physical development matters with the Board of Regents, NM Higher Education Department and the NM State Board of Finance.
